Howard and Family Lawn Services, LLC offers professional lawn care and landscaping services, including but not limited to mowing, sprinkler installation and maintenance, sod installation, aeration, leaf removal, softscaping, mulch, and seasonal cleanups. Specific project scopes will be defined in your service agreement or estimate.
All estimates provided are valid for
30 days
from the date issued, unless otherwise specified in writing. Pricing may be adjusted due to site-specific conditions, changes in material costs, or modifications requested by the client after the initial quote.
Payment terms are outlined in your project agreement. A
deposit may be required
to secure materials and schedule your service. Final payment is typically due upon completion of the work. Late or missed payments may result in service delays or added fees.
While we strive to complete all projects in a timely manner, timelines may be affected by weather, material availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified promptly of any significant delays.
We stand by the quality of our workmanship. A limited warranty may apply to certain services, which will be outlined in your specific agreement. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, weather events, or unauthorized alterations.
Clients agree to provide access to the service area and remove any items or hazards that may interfere with our work. If delays are caused by inaccessibility or client inaction, rescheduling fees or extended timelines may apply.
Cancellations must be made at least
48 hours in advance
of your scheduled service. Cancellations made after this window may be subject to administrative fees or non-refundable deposits. Refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis based on work completed and materials acquired.
Howard and Family Lawn Services, LLC is not liable for damage related to existing conditions, acts of nature, or third-party interference. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
